Stephnie Menke
District Clerk of Potter County, Texas
***SPECIAL ATTENTION***
PARKING - Due to the demolition of the Old District Courts Building at 5th and Fillmore, parking in the adjacent parking lot is prohibited. As a result, we anticipate that downtown parking will be a challenge for the next year. To help you navigate this change, please refer to the map below for areas that are permissible for parking. All curbside parking is 2-hour parking that the City of Amarillo has enforced; however, the fee for curbside parking will be handled by Potter County. You may park in the city owned public parking garage for a fee; however, this fee is not reimbursable by Potter County. Please plan ahead when coming to the Courthouses for business or for Jury Duty.
Please enter the new District Courts Building through the north entrance. You will go through security and to Room 1A which is the Jury Assembly room where we will gladly assist you.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate through these changes. Thank you for your attention, and please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you for your service!
