Commissioner's Court Minutes
The Potter County Commissioner's Court routinely meets at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. The meetings are currently held in the auditorium on the 11th floor of the Santa Fe Building, 900 S. Polk.
As an ex-officio member of the Commissioners' Court, the County Clerk is charged with the responsibility of preparing and recording the minutes of the Commissioners' Court.
These minutes are open for public inspection and may be viewed in the County Clerk's office.

Copies are available at the fees established by statute:
1. Plain copies $1.00 per page
2. Certified copies $5.00 for certification plus $1.00 per page
